It's early — on purpose.
You're looking at a working prototype. The experience is real; the world behind it is simulated. There's no real money, no real listings, and no real integrations — some things are hand-waved, and that's expected. You're seeing the shape of Jess before the plumbing is built, which is exactly why your eyes on it now are so valuable.
One specific thing to know: when you paste a home’s address, Jess shows realistic but simulated details — the beds, price, photos, and comps won’t match the real listing yet, so just treat what she shows as the house and play the scenario through. In the full product, Jess pulls the live property data for any address you give her.
Your job: try to break it.
Please don’t be polite. Where did you get confused? Where did something genuinely impress you? What would a real buyer need that isn’t here yet? Blunt feedback is the whole gift — the more honest, the better. “This didn’t work” is exactly what we need to hear.
How to test
Enter your tester code.
The JB-XXXX code from your invitation email. You’ll agree to a short tester agreement, then answer a few quick questions before you start — those set a baseline, so please answer them before you look around.
Step into the buyer’s shoes.
The buyer journey is the one live in this beta — that’s your path, start to close. (Seller, renter, and investor are on the way.)
Become that person.
This is the whole trick — don’t test like a QA robot, inhabit the role. You’re spending hundreds of thousands of dollars. Get anxious. Ask the “dumb” questions. Push back. React the way that person really would.
Go all the way to the close.
Your code is good for one run, so see it through to the end in one sitting if you can. If you have to stop, come back to the same link on the same device and you’ll pick up where you left off.

The questionnaire at the end
When you reach the close, a questionnaire opens right inside the app. Please fill it out. That form is the entire point of this beta: it’s where you tell us what worked, what didn’t, and whether you’d ever actually pay for this. Do it while it’s fresh — and see the run all the way through to the end first.
Before you dive in
- It’s a simulation — please don’t type any real personal or financial details. No real SSN, account numbers, or addresses.
- Jess is a phone app, so it looks best on your phone or a narrow browser window.
- Set aside 30–45 minutes. Your code works for one run.
- Please don’t share your code — each one is tied to a single tester.
- Hit a bug or a wall? Note it in the questionnaire — that’s gold.
